To Russia with Love

Russian Kremlin

Hello All, it’s been a while since my last post. That’s mostly due to enjoying the short summer we get here in Canada. I’ve also been in the planning stages for another jaunt AND GUESS WHAT? I’m off to Russia!

A few facts about Russia: The Russian Federation is the largest country in the world by land mass, has an incredible natural landscape, loves hockey and has permanently made its mark on the world in a number of different ways. It has created huge advances in technology, space exploration but is most popular for controlling the USSR before it dissolved on 25 December 1991. Russia today is an emerging nation with so much to show the world.

I will be exploring three main cities while visiting. Msocow, Nizhny Novgorod and St. Petersburg.

I am going to check out the main attractions in those cities as well as have time to explore the hoods, telling you where the best and most affordable places to eat are.

Why Russia?

Map of Russia

Above is a map of Russia and it`s autonomous regions.

That’s the big surprise so you’ll have to wait until the article (and video) are posted. But it’s a huge adventure. You can only do it in Russia, and few in the world have done it.

HINT: It can climb quickly and is deadly if threatened.

Curious? Good. Keep coming back to find out.
